For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items Pacific Enterprise sells within the specified timeframe (see below). Some exceptions may apply, including:

Items without original packaging
Items specifically excluded from returns in the product description
Timeframe for Returns
You have ten days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
We will send you a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected.
Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within ten business days.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you can return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
